This apartment complex is located in the city of Ramsar, where the Caspian Sea to the north meets the Alborz forest mountains to the south. The principle goal of the project were to limit environmental harm as much as possible.

The villa is located on a site at the area of the Ramsar region, a special location between the Alborz mountain forest and the Caspian sea.The first consideration was taking advantage of the expansive views. This was done using large windows with high ceiling heights to provide openness.
